Use of PQQ Template/Links to ESPD/Links to Supplier Journey/Links to APUC How to guides

As Emma has indicated there is no longer a PQQ template. The ESPD replaced the PQQ template in 2016;  since the tender is above OJEU (I am assuming the tender is for Goods/Services) we would recommend that you use PCS-T to run the tedner;

If you create a project in PCS-T whichever procedure you choose, the ESPD will be up to date and will contain all 6 sections of the ESPD.  Any sections/questions not relevant or proportionate should be removed from the ESPD. I have added a link to the Buyers Portal which contains our guides which lead you step by step through the process:  APUC Buyers Portal

There is more information  on & an up to date ESPD & Standardised statements within the Procurement Journey: https://www.procurementjourney.scot/route-3/route-3-develop-documents-espd-scotland

For suppliers, I found the below that gives details the ESPD/PCS/PCS-T from a supplier's perspective.

Hope this helps but you can of course call me if you need more clarification.
