Instructions for refresh

1. Check with PECOS administrators (using weekly ezine for 2 weeks miniumum)  if ok to ask for a refresh and wait 1 week before raising helpdesk call
2. Raise helpdesk call with Assist with following text

L1 production to test refresh of (your test site name) e.g. apucl2test.pecosipm.com  for training purposes etc.

Dear support, 

Please can I request a refresh of https://apuc.pecosipm.com to apucXXtest.pecosipm.com for the following date: ##/##/##

1. User passwords should be set to match User IDs 

2. User eMail addresses should be set to pecosmails@elcom.com address 

3. Supplier eMail addresses should be set to pecosmails@elcom.com address 

4. All suppliers’ transmission to be set to eMail 

5. Catalogues re-indexed 

6. Reports reconfigured 

7. Enable Forgot Password system option = YES

8. Ensure customisations,images etc are restored 

9. Refresh reports for site

10. New and Reset User Passwords: Set to User ID, do not generate eMail notification, do not require a password

 change after first login.

11. Please ensure that dynamic option - Enable Two-Factor Authentification set to False for all institutions (in test site only)
