Supplier Searchable but not Selectable in PECOS - City of Glasgow issue (User Field) - #30425 (Elcom ticket)

Issue

College have created a supplier (Business Train Assoc Ctr Ltd), the supplier is available from the basket and is in the catalogue collection.

However when searching for the supplier under P2P Admin > Suppliers> Profile when you search for the supplier by name, when you click on the select button to select their profile and load it to the supplier page the profile does not load and the Supplier Information page refreshes as blank.

It's the same for this supplier at Level 1 also, I cannot load their profile their either. The institution wish to change the supplier name and need to load the profile to do this.

Solution

There was an issue with the Supplier User Fields  (they contained carriage returns which led to this not loading)
