If so, then this is by design. When you configure PCM to use a shared catalogue, your shared version of that catalogue will only be pushed to your instance of PECOS when the master version of that catalogue is published. Using this catalogue as an example, whilst you have configured this correctly in both PECOS and PCM, you will not receive your shared version of this catalogue until the Scottish Government re-publish this catalogue at a top level. If you require to have this content published to PECOS now, you will have to create a blank Derived Catalog Filter (DCF) based off of this master record; fuller details on this are available via the Scottish Government's Objective Connect portal.
