When loading catalogue images, these have to be case sensitive (both filename and file extension) to what was loaded in the catalogue to PECOS.
Dimensions: Elcom: 10/1/2020: There's no recommended size, per se. I would usually recommend, where possible, using /mage links from supplier instead of specifically uploading images.
Checked further - recommended 500 x 500 pixels

Ciaran, what is the best way of uploading images from suppliers - we have a number of suppliers sending us images for the forthcoming Hair & Beauty agreement. How is the best way to upload - apologies if this is a repeat question. Previously we have emailed: ipm_catalogs@elcom.com or can we upload to this portal? Also what is the upload limit if it is the latter? Jon

Hi Jon, The best way to display these images would be via a URL in the PECOS Catalogue Template, however if files have to be loaded against the images, you will need to raise a RITM ticket with the relevant files attached and Elcom Support will load these. Thanks Ian
N.B. Avoid adding special characters and/or spaces into the file names of any images
N.B. The maximum field length for an image URL is 200 characters
The guidelines for the catagloue image in PECOS as follow.

• Width: 140 pixels and height: 280 pixels for vertical
