Late bid alert

The system does allow Suppliers to submit a response after the deadline but it does make them aware that they are submitting a late response. There is  also clear guidance in the Supplier Response Guide stating that a Buyer may not accept a late response. I have attached the Supplier Response Guide for reference and below is screenshot of the warning that appears when a Supplier is about to submit a late response.

The system will not automatically notify the Supplier that their bid has been rejected. It is up to the Buyer to decide if they are willing to accept or reject a late response.
