The best way forward for the supplier would be to register on PCS (URL below); as part of the registration process, the supplier will be asked to choose the categories and sub categories of goods or services that it provides. (CPV codes)
As part of the tender process, the tenderer has to choose such CPV codes in their contract notice and any suppliers will be automatically informed of the tender process if such CPV codes have been ticked.by themselves.
