You may get issues raised where gateway users are not being logged into the PECOS punchout successfully when punching out from their finance system and instead arriving at the PECOS login screen.
Firstly check that the gateway username and password are correct and working.
If they are then the issue may be that the user has 'Block third party cookies' turned on in their browser settings. This being turned on will stop the browser from passing on the gateway login details from the browser to PECOS when they are trying to punch out to the gateway, resulting in them arriving at the PECOS login screen.

Click on the ellipsis button in the top right hand corner, and then click on Settings
Within settings then click on Cookies and site permissions in the left hand menu, and then ensure the slider for Block third part cookies is turned off

Click on the ellipsis button in the top right hand corner, and then click on Settings
Within settings then click on Privacy and Security in the left hand menu and then click on Cookies and other site data
Then on the Cookies and other site data screen ensure that Block third-party cookies isn’t selected with the radio button, Allow all cookies should be selected.
