Error 500 - Punch out not operational due to user set up

User unable to access punchout and receives Error 500 when attempting to punch back from Punch Out site

Cause: User doesn’t have Basket in PECOS – i.e. not set up fully as a requisitioner

Solution: ensure user has basket set up –

• check rights of user
• default account codes clicked
