Change of Institutional Logo on Purchase Order/Toolbar Graphic/T&Cs

It is possible. Together we would complete the attached Service Request (SR) form; this would be sent to the Scottish Govt and then sent to elcom to complete the work. Below is the description of the work to be completed and associated net costs (so VAT will be added to the cost below):

PURCHASE ORDER IMAGE

  • So for the PO image files the specifications that Elcom require are:

        gif, jpg, PNG or SVG file format
        Background can be any colour (the page background will always be white)
        Width 150 pixels, height 50 pixels

    Navigational Toolbar graphic (top left hand page after log in)
  • The file specifications for the PECOS navigational toolbar are slightly different to those for the PO template, they are:

  • gif,  jpg, PNG or SVG file format
  • Transparent background
  • Width 200 pixels, height 60 pixels



Elcom are set up  on PECOS as a level 1 supplier so they can be cloned down; their details are:

Purchase Order ImagePECOS supports the application of an image, such as a logo, on the pdf purchase order.  This is supported at any organization level.  This service will utilize  Elcom Client Services and application development resources to review an image provided for conformance to the format and specification as documented by Elcom, and carry out the necessary tasks to apply the image in the test environment to support user acceptance and the production environment once approved.     This is on the assumption that the image meets the specification provided.  If upon the review for acceptance, the requesting party is not satisfied with the appearance of content they have provided, the service request is still chargeable and if the client wishes for Elcom to use another image this will be subject to another service request.£298.89
 
Navigational Toolbar ImagePECOS supports the application of an image, such as a logo, on the top navigation toolbar.  This is supported at any organization level.  This service will utilize  Elcom Client Services and application development resources to review an image provided for conformance to the format and specification as documented by Elcom, and carry out the necessary tasks to apply the image in the test environment to support user acceptance and the production environment once approved.  This is on the assumption that the image meets the specification provided.  If upon the review for acceptance, the requesting party is not satisfied with the appearance of content they have provided, the service request is still chargeable and if the client wishes for Elcom to use another image this will be subject to another service request.£298.89
 
Purchase Order Terms and ConditionsPECOS supports the application of terms and conditions verbiage on the pdf purchase order.  This is supported at any organization level.  This service will utilize Elcom Client Services and application development resources to review text provided for conformance to the format and specification as documented by Elcom, and carry out the necessary tasks to apply the text in the test environment to support user acceptance and the production environment once approved.   The complete and EXACT text must be provided so that no assumption are made.   If upon the review for acceptance, the requesting party is not satisfied with the appearance of content they have provided, the service request is still chargeable and if the client wishes for Elcom to use other text this will be subject to another service request.£298.89
