So #### has the same issue, she has 2 suppliers failed at Q stage and she is clarifying with them. when she did the AWARD import the 2 who have failed Q didn't come through but the rest did.

So the AWARD project has a flag set to say the ITT imported correctly so it can't be imported again unless the original import is deleted from the project, which we can't do, the AWARD helpdesk will need to.

Other alternative is to create a new project and do the import once the rejections are sorted, that's what I've done for Anne

We can delete the submissions by taking off data protection but we can't delete the 'successful import' flag from the import page, so when you try to look for the ITT again to import the responses nothing is returned as it's already imported from the project once already

He will need to delete the supplier responses and then re-run the transfer. No need to delete the submissions, just the responses.
