Actuate - Logins (User Report) - column BB

'Successful Login Attempts'; could you tell me what the timescale is used to determine how this column is populated as the vast majority are 0. This is a direct request from a customer.

Hi Jonathan,  We have looked into this, what is actually becing recorded in this column is unsuccessful login attempts. If a user logs in successfully (or never logged in), the count is zero. Each time the login attempt fails, the count goes up by one, and keeps incrementing on each failure. Once the user logs in successfully, the count resets to zero.  I hope that helps, please advise if you have any further queries.  Many thanks, Laura
