Hi Jeanne,

I have checked the 2 orders that Michaela raised - both were by her EO01MG profile - I added one * to this profile and 3 * to the other.

When I checked this profile in PECOS Live, I saw that she indeed only has 2 BRGs but neither of them have the button below ticked; this is required to raise a PO and also I assume to allow invoices to be raised against such POs.

I checked the test site (refreshed in circa January) and there were 2 other BRGs available and she did have the Set Default Accounting Code set. I can only assume that those BRGs were removed from that profile in the interim

N.B. UH38949 was raised in 21/08/2021 &

I have clicked on this button in PECOS Live so with this profile (EO01MG) she has access to the 2 FT codes in those 2 orders.
